easy-to-learn massage, yoga and relaxation techniques that
you can use in your real life.

Yoga And The Warrior Workout:
An intense aerobic Kundalini yoga workout, utilizing
movement, breath of fire (kapalabati) and stretching
that will strengthen the nervous system, improve
circulation, and cleanse the body of toxins. It brings the
body to a place of deep relaxation. This will be followed
by an 11 minute meditation.

Yoga And The Sacred Art Of Dance And Movement From
Around The World:
Explore yoga stretches and movement styles from India,
Egypt, Spain, Turkey, Brazil and more. Move to great music
and explore the art of movement and meditation.

Yoga Stretches And Shiatsu Technique:
Learn how to relax yourself and others, working with your
friends, by learning how to breath from your hara.
Learn how to stretch out a friend with yoga asanas.
In addition, gain a working knowledge of the fourteen main
shiatsu meridians to continue to maintain glowing health,
dynamic vibrancy and graceful calm.

Deep and relaxing hatha yoga stretches, followed by either
an 11 minute or 31 minute meditation to help you access the
full range of yogic benefits.

Yoga gives your child tools for lifelong stress relief, the
ability to focus, and the physical benefits of exercise.
It's also fun! We will draw the postures weekly so each
child will have their own yoga book.
